Terms:

· The CapitalAccessCard is available now at the introductory rate of only $145 per year.

· The subscription is valid for 12 months, starting with the day of your registration. The CapitalAccessCard is non-transferable, issued per person (not per company), allocated with a specific card number. A one-time issuing fee of $15 applies.

· In case your CapitalAccessCard is lost or stolen, you’re your card will be re-issued for a handling fee of $35.

· After your subscription expires we will automatically send you the new CapitalAccessCard for the next 12 months, without having you re-apply for it, unless you cancel your card 1 month before the expiration date.
